PC vs PS5 for Streaming

By Real Militia I've been streaming for a while now and I've experimented with streaming on both PC and PS5. There are advantages and disadvantages to both. On PC, I was playing the game and streaming on the same machine which was taxing on the system. Sometimes I would experience lag in the game because of this. The other problem was I only have one monitor connected to my PC which made me have to switch between the Streaming OBS and the game. Now that I'm playing on the PS5 and streaming into to my PC through a capture card I've run into another set of problems. It's harder to get the audio from the PS5 to your headset and it is not the best sound. Playing on the PS5 seems to be worry free of lag and graphics issues that I would have on the PC. When it comes to streaming, there are a few things you need to take into account. The most important thing is your audience. Who are you streaming for? What platform are they most likely to be using? If you're aiming fo...

The Call of Duty Community is Still Toxic

By Real Militia It's no secret that the Call of Duty community has always been a toxic place. From players bashing the game for bugs and not having their preferred gaming mode like Hardcore to blatant vulgar behavior towards other players in game, we still haven't grown up. In fact, you can be banned for offensive language in the game and everything is recorded! Did you read the user agreement or just blast through it so you could start talking crap to other players in game? If you're streaming it's especially important to be on your best behavior. Nobody wants to hear a streamer complain constantly or cursing at other players. That's bad sportsmanship. Let's grow up and keep it clean, and if you don't like the game don't play. Remember kids are playing! The Call of Duty community has always been full of toxicity and harassment, and it seems that nothing has changed with the release of Modern Warfare II. From hateful comments directed at both the develop...
